How It All Started…

As we had Just finishing up with a snowmobile meeting, one of the members had stated that he had to get his kid. As the group continued to talk they came to find out that his child had disabilities. With that said the minds started wondering about how we could get more individuals with disabilities to experience the fun of the outdoors. We knew it would be challenging to make sure that we could meet the needs of anyone and everyone. With some great minds and passionate hearts we made this event happen. Our first year we had a whole 18 participants, but we had to start somewhere. At the end of the event all of the volunteers were cleaning up, and the way that each and every one of our participants touched our hearts and gave us so many unexplainable feelings we knew this was something that we would have to continue. We have since being doing this ride for over 6 years and years and our numbers have grown dramatically. Little did we know that such a meaningless conversation would become so meaningful for years to come.
